Iam unable to send or receive SMS.Also not receiving any otp due to which all my payments are pending.I have been visiting stores since 3 weeks and did simex in Airtel store which is in Vydehi Whitefield.
I want to port out from Airtel but since they blocked my sms looks like they are purposely doing this to prevent me from porting out.Please look into this matter and take immediate action
