I am unable to see any of the channels since 04/01/2020. Since 06/01/2020 i have made complaint so many times but problem still could not be resolved.
They told the problem may be at your box technocian has to visit. The technician came and he told the box and LNB every thing is perfect. It is to be done by technical team.
TATA SKY deducted Rs150/- from my account although the chnnels are not available.
My charges are being deducted and every time i call thecustomer executives will ask the same question and ask me to do the same thing time and again without any gain.
Please help me in this regard either they correct the services or refund the balance as on 04/01/2020.
really this TATA SKY service is giving lot of pain. myself and my money completely stuck.
