I placed an order on ‘unhattar’ amounting to 1899 INR which was delivered on time. I did not like the product & wanted to return it. As per the company policy, the products are eligible for returns or exchange upto 7 days from delivery. But the website doesn’t offer any link to initiate the return. When I tried to reach out to the team, I got not response from them on any platforms, neither their Instagram, WhatsApp, email or even web chat. This suggests that it is a fake and has sold a fraudulent product and I want this agency / company to close down and stop fooling people via internet.
