Dear Sir/Madam
I am your regular customer and I had purchased a mobile of Motorola from your platform and at the time of purchase the return policy is there within 7 days, and unfortunately this mobile is not performing well and I am facing the issue of hanging.
When I was going to return then I was unable to return the product and as per my telephonic discussion with your team they suggest me that brand will support me, but I am wondering here and there but there is no solution found yet.
So I request to you kindly take this matter seriously and return this product because I don’t want keep further relationship with Motorola
Note: Sir as you know that people are preferring online platform due to lack of time but in my case I had expanded much time as required so kindly check it and provide the value of our time.
