Sir,
I ordered a pair of flat sandals on 21 oct, 2021 on ajio.com. As the product didn’t fit me i created a return but no one came to collect the product. I created a return and mailed them multiple times but nothing happened. And now it’s says on the product that ‘it’s been 30 days, so you cannot create a return now’. I mailed the customer care about this and they are saying nothing can be done since it’s been 30 days now. I don’t understand it because the day i received the product, I opted for a return and refund. It’s been over a month and i didn’t get any proper response from them and neither was any action taken. My product ID is #FL0320210707 and my complaint ID is COM00027809018. I hope you take an action against the company as soon as possible.
