I have retained a number for last 9 years. Due to sim fault, I visited airtel care center for sim replacement.
They informed me it was a pre activated sim with someone else’s name 9 years back. They are unwilling to change my Sim even if I provide them my Aadhar proof where my number is registered.
Please help.
