I wrongly open two account with same email and mobile number also i get Amazon pay balance every month but now I can’t find my old account which I use every time. I contacted many times amazon customer service center but he is unable to resolve the issue. I have Amazon pay balance which I can’t use. Also unable to return my order. I request you please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
