The touchpad of laptop wasn’t working, nor was the audio driver working, received on 10th July and I had issued a replacement on 14th july, but neither flipkart nor infinix company contacted me for 2 weeks until now. On 29th July morning flipkart called me and said that Infinix company tried reaching me but my call wasn’t available. Nor they emailed me nor contacted me again and cancelled my replacement? I didn’t even receive one call or message. And flipkart people cancelled my replacement. I have contacted flipkart numerous times for replacement and they said its delayed from infinix side, and today I see my order cancelled. No emails were also received from infinix company’s side to my mail, and my replacement order stood cancelled and I am left here with a faulty product. Now flipkart is asking me to contact infinix company and receive job sheet from them and email flipkart for replacement. I raised complaint to infinix as said on 29 the July,Called them, registered complaint with order ID INIB2023072900082 and they said they will help, but still no help has been received. I again contacted them today and they said to contact infinix service center which I did and they said that complaint id told by me doesn’t show anything. Nobody is willing to help. Please help me to replace or refund by flipkart.
