I have visited airtel shop for removal of family numbers from my postpaid family plan and for port. Shop manager has raised removal request using my Airtel Thanks App and suggest me to wait for verification. After 10 days i have contacted customer care for enquiry I have been told that verification was not done due to address mismatch and also suggested me to cancel my request. My address is correct there is no mismatch in my address. Airtel store says they are helpless untill verification. I am not getting any help neither from airtel store nor from customer care.
