Hi,
I am trying to link my email address to my prepaid number. I need that to get the invoices of my previous recharges. When I wrote to the 121@airtel.com , they asked me to register but I can’t find an option on IVR to do that. I did add my address to th airtel thanks app and when I wrote again after that, I got the same response that email id is not registered. Please help me with detailed steps to get my email id registered and get my invoice too.
