Hi
In Airtel thanks app I had 31 coupons which are having a validity till 2/4/22. But its saying unable to redeem for this device.
When called the customer care first they said it’s technical issue later asked to update the device both didn’t work and later 3 time the call didn’t connect to customer care executive.
Really bad experience on this as I have to invest hours for this and still didn’t get a satisfying reply and now not connecting to executive.
