I have been complaining Since 40 days at the store and through mail(121@in.airtel.com).
I was granted 40 coupons of worth 50 rupees each which was said to be deducting 50 rupees while recharging on any unlimited pack. but when I tried that wouldn’t deduct any amount and show same price. I complaint personally at Tolichowki Hyderabad 500008 Airtel office and manager assured me of solving within 1 week and still issue persist, while complaining via mail no proper response was delivered.
