Unable to recharge my Airtel mobile no 9007735113 since 21-4-19. Spoke to several customer care executives and their seniors at least 8-9 times. Wrote several mails since 22-4-19 to Airtel Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appalate-West Bengal Circle. Visited Airtel Store also. Every one assured me over phone , through mails and face to face interaction at stores that service would be restored with 72 hours but till date nothing has happened. Now they are not even responding to my mails for last 3-4 days.
Disappointed and disgusted with the most casual , incompetent and unprofessional attitude of people across the organisation.
