Dear Jio Team,
Greetings of the Season,
This complaint is in regards to the network issue which I am experiencing with your cellular service. My Jio Number is 8074238070. I am unable to receive the incoming calls on my number. Though I am recharging my plan before the due date, but this kind of pathetic service is making me to change my Mind and if this continues I will switch to Airtel. I request you kindly to work on my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible.
