To whom it may concern
I have given so many complaints regarding network covering issue in my location still now no response from Airtel operator they are simply closing the SR tickets saying that Issue is resolved, But Issue is not resolved yet. Now I Have observed new issue that some incoming calls are not reaching me they are calling me on what’s call, Mobile network is not working properly in my location and this is not only fro me it happing for all other airtel user are experienced same in my location, Today I have visited to nearest Airtel store to give a complaint on my number he simply say that you have blocked some numbers on your mobile I have given my mobile to airtel representative to unblock it he look into my phone settings and said their are not blocked for those numbers, He said to replace the my hand set, Already I have changed my handset twice my First Mobile is iPhone 6, to Redmi note pro6, After changing the mobile same issue presest till now no resolution is given to me.
