I have an airtel 4G connection which is not working at all in spite of paying the amount every month. Now if I want to stop the same, I am not able to understand the process. There is no documentation, no proper customer care number to reach out and no details from their side. As a layman it is very complicated to understand. I want an airtel custmer care person who can resolve 4G complainta and help in closing my account reach out to me.
