I live in Sec 12 Noida and due to very little usage, from the last 5 days, I am trying to connect with Airtel customer care to uninstall my wifi connection. But it’s impossible to connect with Airtel customer care. Stores are even closed on Monday, I visited one near the metro hospital. Moreover there is no way to initiate this process through the Airtel thanks app or through the website. Very irritating, time-consuming, and frustrating.
