I did not find any way to update email id for my airtel prepaid number so that I can request for esim. Both 121 and 198 did not give any such option and there is no way to talk to a customer care representative. Nodal officer number for AP & Telangana region is not working. There is no option to write any query to Airtel even through Airtel Thanks App. This is really frustrating that there is not a single way to address this simple request.
