Text of Complaint by ramesh:

I am not able to raise a service request for my personal prepaid airtel service either by sending a mail to 121@airtel.com or 121@in.airtel.comĀ or through the airtel app. I have been charged twice for two calls in the last ten days (31/03/2021 and 09/04/2021) of Rs 75.00 each made to my own number. The calls have not been made by me and the phone’s call data history confirms this clearly
