I have been facing the problem of poor service:call drop, unable to make calls..voice over call is distorted. Call drops after 3-5 mins. I have been the problem for a long time. I had recharge for a year. I need refund of the money. As I want to discontinue airtel’s service and port my number to some other network. Airtel is unable to provide the service it has charged me for. Also I have registered a number of complaint through Airtel app but haven’t got any solution. Once there was time I was only able to use one service calling or internet when I had recharged for both.
