I am a new POST PAID user. (Brought Airtel Wifi device with Post Paid connection)
Since 24th October 2020 onwards i am keep on calling customer support to fix my network issue in my working location.
But each time they will create issue & told me to wait for 8 days to fix. After 8 days when i reached customer support they told to wait for 48 hrs more to fix & again after 48 hrs same story wait for 48 hrs. Till now 19th Jan 2021 i am getting the same response from Airtel support. Also with out fixing the actual issue they closed ticket from there end many times for me.
Feeling that wasting time in Airtel.
