Hi, I have taken LAP loan with BHFL at 2018 dec and I was working with a reputed company based on that they have provided LAP. But 2019 April I have an heart block and living with Permanent pacemaker. Still I have managed and till 2023 Jan my emi was regular. Unfortunately due to layoff LWD was Oct 1 2021. But managed with lot of struggle paying emi. But now I am unable to work due to my health issue. And due to the uninformed ecs in the name of amc has totally damaged my credibility and requested to close the account due to non maintanence of NVR. And last months emi bounced but last month paid manually. Again this month I am unable to pay. As per my request, at last I received the insurance copy, where it was mentioned that critical illness is covered and my case is mentioned in the insurance details. I have requested query on my insurance which covers my LAP. But not a proper resolution given yet. But the managers and associates are compromising and make us to pay , but now I am not in a suitable position to pay the amount. Last two month they are torturing me through coming to home and keep on calling regularly sometimes unethical behaviour. I am already having high BP, diabetic and pacemaker. I am unable to manage my life. While I have clearly said that are you want me to die. That much I have been tortured. I am helpless and approaching consumer court since I am having two children who are doing schooling.
Loan account H403VPL0415989,H403HLP0423486. I have all the emails with me regarding my query. During the pandemic, bajaj offered a personal loan of 290000 and I just say yes in the email, immediately it was credited. They have given as flexi but I have requested many time to change this has normal but no response till date.
In order to close the loan, when I checked my account, I came to know that I have to pay 25000more. I am paying 4500 for the last two years and still they have asked as to pay 250000. Then only I understood that I was cheated by Bajaj finance.
It’s been a long time I have not gone to my regular checkup and also medication are not been reviewed due to financial crisis. Additional this problems making me more discomfort and I am afraid of my life. News like suicide and other problems due to Bajaj finance make me more vulnerable.
Moreover the representative are more cunning giving lot of fake information while getting the loan and post that denying.
