I have requested for service closure in Feb for my Airtel Broadband as it was postpaid it’s bill generated in March which due date is 3-04-2023
I have tried to pay it through Airtel thanks app but it’s not letting me pay (check attached ss) then i tried to chat with customer support but it’s not connecting me to any agent neither giving me any option to pay it’s just showing no service found the. I have tried calling and mailing but haven’t received any response yet. I will not be paying any penalties that result because of the incompetence of Airtel Customer Care.
