I am unable to pair fire bolt smart watch with any of my mobile, multiple time I had complaint to the company but there is no resolution, even they picked up the defective watch last month but replacement yet not provided, even they are closing the tickets without resolutions, call center supervisors are making false promises which fails everytime.
I escalated the issue to company CEO via Twitter but no action, only now team is resolving ticket without any remarks.
I am not sure when and how I will get my watch back, even so many campaigns are going on to boycott the product of fire bolt company.
