I had ordered 3 dresses on Kumkum65.shopofy website after having seen their ads in YouTube. It was a buy 2 get 1 free and I had made payment of Rs.733/-. I had received a message for tracking my order. I was able to track the order only for a day but the following day, the link showed that the shop is closed. I tried visiting their website too but was unable to track them. I have put up this complaint so that no other person gets cheated by them. I have also noticed that their ads no more appear in my YouTube. Kindly look into the issue.
