And the saga still continues….So porting to jio was a big mistake. It worked fine and still works fine even now on anything apart from JIo. Although it shows up Jio volte on the top with full signal strength I would fully be able to use data services but wouldn’t get regular calls until I restart the phone or cellular services. Crazy!
Lenovo diagnosed it not a problem with handset and you don’t want to admit it’s software bug as you are not interested in releasing a software update.
At least update somewhere on your website or let your field partners know this is an software issue with this model and not to port. To my worse I can’t use it fully or get out of it until 3 months and to my shame I recharged this crap to 1 year which is now going to drain.
