LENOVO VIBE K4 NOTE  – which is VOLTE compatible for Godsake!

Please help me get out of this ugly treatment which I’m sure I didn’t deserve.

I finished talking to one of your continued interesting representatives who tell-make me do the same thing that didn’t work 2 months ago. I’m certain my phone won’t work with Jio unless launches an update in collaboration with Lenovo which doesn’t seem to happen. I’ve ported into jio around 3 months now until which all worked fine and even works fine when jio isn’t used on this. I’m tired talking to your brainless staff, please spare me!

I’m determined to port out as soon as trai allows me. The only thing that I need to hear from you is what happens to my money that I spent on subscribing this shit for one year which doesn’t work even for an entire single day. The amount is not so high but it hurts being taken from me and not having to use any services promised to it and over and above treat me like a prick and gave me runaround for last two months

And the saga still continues….So porting to jio was a big mistake. It worked fine and still works fine even now on anything apart from JIo. Although it shows up Jio volte on the top with full signal strength I would fully be able to use data services but wouldn’t get regular calls until I restart the phone or cellular services. Crazy!

Lenovo diagnosed it not a problem with handset and you don’t want to admit it’s software bug as you are not interested in releasing a software update.

At least update somewhere on your website or let your field partners know this is an software issue with this model and not to port. To my worse I can’t use it fully or get out of it until 3 months and to my shame I recharged this crap to 1 year which is now going to drain.
