Text of Complaint by Mitesh Saraogi:

Its a lockdown that the entire world is facing at this point of time. I have not been able to make or receive calls from past more than a month. Have raised several complains over call to customer care department and through my Airtel app. Only once I could speak to the customer care department and some lady was on the otherside. She told that there is no problem with the network and everything was fine on there side. She asked me to make certain changes in my phone setting and I did the same. Even after that the problem was not resolved and she kept saying that she can’t help. Had been waiting for the customer care stores to open but as the lockdown is getting extended day by day can’t find any solution. There app is showing there is some network issue. They are working on it and be patient. I am also unable to send or receive regular message due to which no banking transactions are updated nor able to do government regulation work as all are OTP based. Please help me at the earliest.
