Text of Complaint by GAURAV:

Recently I have ported my number from Jio to Airtel.now I got a message from Jio that I have to make payment of Rs.  90 which is due. Now I want to pay the balance amount but neither customer service nor Jio store is helping me out. My no. Will be closed if payment is not done till 20th June. Kindly arrange to resolve my query.
