Text of Complaint by DEBORSHI RAY:

I recharged my JioFiber line (033 3553 1056) for Rs. 502 to make ISD calls to USA and Canada on 25th on Jan at 11:42 am. After Recharging my jio fiber line I am not able to make any ISD calls to US/CA.

 

  1. 502 plan is showing as upcoming plan and from the app nor the portal I am not able to activate it.
  2. I tried several times to contacting with Jio fiber care but they are not able understand the issue, instead they are sending all the junk solution which is not related to my issue.
  3. I tried to reach appellate helpline but there is also no luck, even one of you appellate executive told me that this ISD pack is for JIO mobile and app is not designed separately for jio-fiber or mobile.

 

Now my question is – if the ISD pack is only for mobile then why it is showing in the JioFiber account ? is it my fault ?
