Text of Complaint by SATYANARAYANA KONETI:

I am Satyanarayana Koneti with a Postpe Credit card account ending in 4890. I’m currently working remotely (in Canada) and may not return for another year. In this regard, I’m having trouble using the PostPe app on my phone, possibly because of a location issue. As a result, I’m having trouble paying the bill that was generated in June 2022 and trying to locate the card number. I’ve written to [email protected] numerous times with complete details, but I haven’t received a response.
Due to their negligence in responding to my request mail, my credit card statement has become past due, which could further harm my CIBIL score.
