I am using Airtel connection but I am not able to make or receive calls .due to covid 19 and containment zone my company advise me to work from home but due to poor service from the telecom company I am unable to receive or make calls and not in position to use internet access .I have already raised complaints but no response from Airtel team and I raised a complaint to their MD desk but no response from them .we are exploiting by telecom companies .I have to pay the money for the service that not receiving by the Airtel .seeking the intervention to control the poor service
