my handset is 4g, my sim is airtel 4g. It was working fine till 2 weeks ago when i encountered the problem. The problem is whenever i get calls, it will ring once and it automatically hangs up. i am unable to pick up calls because of this issue. the call diverting and voicemail feautres are off, i checked them too. I tried to get customer support, but it was of no use. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
