Text of Complaint by C M Meena:

I have wrongly recharged my phone having VI Network plan yesterday with an amount of Rs.420/- (i.e. Rs.418/- + Rs.2 GST), however, I am unable to make any call. On enquiry form customer care, it has been stated that I have recharged only for internet DATA. This mistake has been occurred due to non displaying of the Plan while I was recharging the Internet Plan. It is, therefore, requested that necessary action may be done by VI Service Provider at the earliest so that the calls may be made.
