Subject: Complaint Against Jio for Service Disruption and Lack of Resolution

Respected Sir/Madam,
I Keerthivasan.R residing at Sri Sakthi Nagar, Varichikkudy, Karaikkal-609609, am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited regarding a significant service disruption and their subsequent failure to resolve the issue satisfactorily. On yesterday my relatives calls for urgency not connected with me; banking messages did not come. I can’t reach any one by call. At night I was waiting for my booked bus, the bus agency cannot reach me by call, I lost the booked bus. No messages and calls on yesterday, that day went wrong and financially more lost.
Details of the Complaint:
1. On 17-03-2025, my mobile number [9952683994] was rendered unable to make or receive calls throughout the day. This unexpected disruption caused severe inconvenience, affecting my personal and professional commitments.
2. I contacted Jio Customer Care through Whatsapp and chatbot of My jio raised the issue. However, no satisfactory explanation or resolution was provided, even after multiple follow-ups.
3. Despite paying for uninterrupted services, I have endured this inconvenience without any communication regarding the cause or resolution of the issue. This amounts to a deficiency in service and failure to meet customer expectations.
Relief Sought:
I kindly request the Honorable Court to:
1. Direct the service provider to rectify the deficiency in services and ensure uninterrupted network connectivity.
2. Award compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to the service disruption.
3. Impose any other punitive measures deemed appropriate to prevent recurrence of such negligence.
I am enclosing the following documents for your reference:
– Copies of my service bills
– Screenshots or evidence of complaints made to Jio Customer Care
– Any other relevant communication records
I request the forum to kindly consider my complaint and initiate proceedings against the service provider under the Consumer Protection Act.
