I am using Airtel network and having validity till July 2022. I am unable to make and receive calls from my airtel number since September 1. Whenever I dial a number , call is just getting failed. When others tried to call me it says out of network coverage where as I don’t see connectivity issue and am able to use mobile internet. Sometimes after 10th or more tries am able to place a call. Even to register complaint in customer care i tried more than `5 times.
They have registered complaint on Septemeber 1 and said it will be resolved before september 10

Good day, I have a serious complaint: I got the SIM newly and registered my details with NIN and it was working perfectly, after a week it stopped. I tried calling and it said i should send my NIN which i did to the code, then it asked for VNIN and I got it and sent, since then I haven’t been able to make or receive calls on the line. please resolve this fast cause its annoying. I just got the SIM newly. Thank you
