So I was trying to login my Myntra account with my new device firstly they asked me for otp and all after that they asked for password and I didnt remember it and the GMail id associated with it ,I am unable to recover that although I do have phone number associated with that.
So I called the Myntra call center and they said that mail your pan card or any government document to ccmanager@myntra.com I mailed my pan card and they said that they will approach me within 48 hours but that did not happened and after that when I am calling first two three days they said that they have some technical issues call after sometime after that when I used to call them they use to say I am holding your call to check something and then suddenly phone used to be cut after that day I called them again but they said that we didn’t receive any mail and iwas resending it again and again and they used to say that we do not received any mail by you kindly help because in that account I have 776 or something something Myntra coins and they have messaged me that it will expired in next month
