Dear Sir/Madam,
My current plan Silver 1m Plan for JioFiber Service ID 299354011935 having JioFixedVoice Number +914035558500 at Hyderabad.
I have registered a complain on 08th of Nov 2019 as I am unable to use my jio remote with my Set top box. But the complain has been closed even without attending it.
Moreover i’m trying to raise the same complain through toll free number at 198 but for registering there is a message stating that my voice call number is invalid.
Plz get the issue resolved at the earliest as my plan is also expiring today. Frankly speaking looking into the type of service provided after sales, I am not feeling like even continuing my subscription also.
And if possible plz set up an option to raise a request from my jio app, instead of raising through call centres.
