Text of Complaint by Remya Krishna:

My Postpaid number 8220115533 has been converted to prepaid yesterday morning from the Airtel store. I have paid Rs.600 as closure and in need of invoice or bill for the same. Could you please help me with this at the earliest.

 

Tried to contact customer care, but they seem helpless as my number number is currently inactive. I need the Bill receipt for claim purpose at my office.

 

Tried to get the bill receipt by mailing [email protected] ,but I get response like this mail id is not registered to 8220115533 and to call customer care to get it registered.

For you Information, I have registered this mail id to 8220115533 already and this response is irrelevant.

 

Either through customer care or through mail, I didn’t get the receipt so far. EVERYBODY IS ABLE TO SEE MY BILL RECEIPT, BUT NONE OF THEM COULD SEND IT TO MY MAIL ID. Atleast you can download and send a copy to me and this is bad.

 

I would like to register a complaint on the same to get a latest Bill receipt copy at the earliest and escalate this issue
