Lost my sim card 25 days ago. Went to jio store for duplicate SIM and the store people told that the fingerprints are not matching. They asked me to update the fingerprint scan in Aadhar Uidai seva kendra. Updated my new fingerprints in seva kendra. It is already updated now, and the same was confirmed by the Aadhaar Uidai seva kendra. Already 25 days passed after giving new biometric details. Again went to jio store today. Fingerprints or biometrics not matching still. Went to 3 jio stores and they are all saying the same thing. Saw a similar complaint in this forum. All my bank details are connected to same sim, i acnt do any transactions now.
