The purpose of this is to highlight the plight of your internet services and customer service
I had spoken to Sharmila when I dialed your call center number 121. She said talking from chennai and I had explained that she was unable to get internet speed. All she did was repeat the same sentence stating the backend team will get back to you and it should be before 6/25/21. When I had asked her what the backend team exactly does to rectify or understand my problem she had no clue or answer.
Also the second thing if I am losing internet or not getting desired speed how can my loss be compensated for these days she said Airtel can do nothing about it. In layman’s terms she said ‘We are sorry!” we only hear what you say but won’t do anything.
THIS is not expected from Airtel which advertises using Sasha Chhetri stating do UCLA test and compare with any other provider, We are the fastest, NAH all that is crap I believe today if my issue is not addressed properly.
I want to understand what is aritel’s policy if there is loss to services paid and why there is no extension on plan if one loses internet service for some days. You cannot expect same troubleshooting steps do airplane mode on/off, check network settings, use aritel thanks app and it’s of no use.
My prepaid mobile number is 8978571589 and currently I have 448 pack validity. I wanted extra data and did 48/- recharge an hour ago. I don’t know who is to be blamed but this is mediocre.
