I had a change of location in Pune itself from one complex to another in Hinjewadi Phase 3 and i asked for a broadband connection shift from my old residential to new one. Logged a case for feasibility check and Airtel Xstream confirmed they cannot provide the service to my new location. I hence requested for a refund which was also not agreed upon by Airtel Customer care and after proving my point with reference tickets , they agreed for a refund. Once agreed they terminated my account and no services are now active and hence unable to call customer support and validate account and hence reached out to twitter handle and have been getting run around with one reference ID and still no REFUND. { Ticket number : 10182797434 / 10183478419 / 10205817839 }
