I need to download my prepaid internet pack’s receipt for reimbursement in my company.
I tried to download from Myairtel app but the file is always corrupted.
I tried reaching the support menu in the app, but the app did not have provision for the prepaid bill issue.
I tried to contact customer care, but all the 4/5 numbers i tried have only IVR option and no means to reach the actual customer care representative to address this issue
