I’ve ordered Samsung 4k 43inch television after the delivery the installation and demonstrations was arranged within two days but no one came for the same, after two days I’ve called customer care for the same and has given a cutoff date upto 28th of April 23 but yet no one is arrange to resolve the issue and now they have again arrange upto 2nd may 23 then I ask to cancel my order due to poor service and support and customer care executive has not resolve even any issue.
