Text of Complaint by Pradeep Patnam:

This is regarding my order on a new broadband connection with Airtel in Hyderabad, Telangana state.
The Airtel sales representative was not able to give a timely update or fulfill my order on time. After a 3 days delay, the order team visited the house and concluded that order fulfillment was not possible due to the junction box being far away and they were not sure whether springs would help to pull the wire internally. So the sales representative confirmed verbally and through whatsapp that they will cancel my order so that I would get my refund soon. not sure how much time it takes to cancel the order as I already initiated the process to go with different service providers in my apartment who are providing services. so Airtel process really sucks on first hand you take money from customer, second no timely updates and no idea when the engineer would visit, third if order provisioning is not possible then cancelling takes another couple of days and customer needs to follow up with sales representatives continuously. In spite of this everyday getting system generated message with sorry we were not able to provide service and our team is upgrading the network and will try to fulfill your order in 72 hrs”. That is most annoying.

Please make sure the amount is refunded. I also followed up with the sales repr area manager during my interaction with the airtel team, no results they would their own time and no timely updates on customer questions.
