I am facing error whenever i try to check my broadband details on my airtel thanks app. It shows nothing. My number is linked with my broadband, i am getting otp also but then it shown try again after sometime. The main pain area is i tried many time to get it touch with airtel team to resolve it but they are pathetic in post sales servicing. I am having a long trail mail but they guys are keep sharing one template mail which is” we have made necessary changes, please try to login after 4hours’ But results are same nothing changed. No ownership of case no accountability.

Same problem. Airtel service is horrendous. Their employees need to be technically trained.
