I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while interacting with your customer service representatives. Unfortunately, the issue I raised has not been resolved satisfactorily, and I feel compelled to escalate it further.

Product Name: Godrej 5 in 1 Convertible Cooling 2023 Modle 1.5 Ton AC
Issue: Unable to exchange the old AC
Complaint Details: I have placed an order to exchange my old AC to replace it with the new one but unfortunately the exchange was cancelled by mistake.
Had a Call and Chat several times with your customer service team, but it is totally a waste of time, since they have only one word which is sorry, nothing else.
I would like to get the old AC from my home and refund the exchange amount, that is my humble request.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. As a loyal customer, I believe in Flipkart’s commitment to excellent service, and I hope that my issue can be resolved promptly.
