Text of Complaint by N M CHANNABASAVAYYA:

I am unable to download prepaid recharge receipt for the month of January. It was showing download receipt option till November 2021 now its not available. Sent all the details to Airtel customer care email, no positive answer from them. Tried calli customer care number 121, they always repeat the same useless instructions and didn’t connect to executive.
