Sir/Madam,
I am using Prepaid Airtel sim since 2015. I always recharge Internet package for mobile from True Thanks app and used to download invoice but it’s been couple of months that I am not able to download. I have called Airtel customer care and mentioned the issue but it remains same. I have no idea to whom I should contact. Every time when I call customer care, I receive the commitment that it will be alright but the reality is different.
