Unable to disconnect my postpaid numbers and i have cleared out standing amount as well.

I have raised a request for disconnection my 3 Airtel number and one data number which are linked with 799 family plan. Due to some Network issues and data issues, I have raised a request for disconnected the connection. Initially, Customer Care team told me that, i need to disconnect Add-on and Data number and it would be disconnected with in 8 days once i raised it. I said OK and request them to disconnected those. Before they wanted me
to make payment of my out standing bill amount and I have paid total out standing amount. After 2 days, I got a call from Airtel and for one number, tell me that, you can migrate from postpaid to prepaid and they want me to make payment extra 440 rs/- and remaining all number would be disconnected on or before 3rd Aug 2020. I made payment 440/- rs to Airtel. I was waited for raise a request for disconnection of my main number in family plan.
on 3rd Aug 2020, remaining 2 number has been disconnected and I raised a request for disconnect for my main number. they taken request and they said that, it would be disconnected your main number in 8 days. I said OK.
Today(4th Aug 2020), I got call from airtel and they said that, your main number disconnection request is automatically cancelled due to you have 2 Add-on number are linked with your main Number. But I already checked that, those are already disconnected on 3rd Aug 2020 and they said that, its only temporary disconnection and you need to wait for some days for those permanent disconnections. But i raised a request for permanent disconnection and they said that, you can’t get back these number in future when i raised request initially.  I am very happy customer and they make me as angry 🙁
I don’t expect this from Airtel as Its good network and its have own credibility.
Please help to resolve this and I have all recorded audios as well.

1) 31-3244473148758( for 9973033052 number) – raised on 27th July 2020. – Disconnected on 3rd Aug 2020, but they said that, it’s temparay disconnection.
2) 31-3244475238485( for 9959193052 number) – raised on 27th July 2020. – disconnected on 3rd Aug 2020, but they said that, it’s temprary disconnection.
3) 31-3278769898746( for 9949543052 number) – raised on 3rd Aug 2020. – Cancelled this request – they are saying that, still those are not removed from main number even those are already disconnected.
Please help me in this.
