Dear sir
I have bought a new mobile phone which dont support esim and require physical sim .To convert my e sim to physical sim ,i have visited multiple stores of jio at jammu (hometown) and then to Gurgaon(workplace) but despite multiple visits and paying fee multiple times .my physical sim is requsted again and again without giving calid reason
